2. Appointments & Cancellation

We aim to arrive at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to traffic or emergencies. Clients may cancel or reschedule by contacting us at least 2 hours prior.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

4. Guarantees & Liability

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If issues arise, clients must report within 48 hours. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or third-party work.
